A #1 New York Times bestseller. Forced proximity, found family, slow burn romance, single dad and a happy ending you can count on.
Cosy but it earns the ending. The town is warm, the pace is slow and the payoff is worth waiting for.

Archer is a world-renowned chef and a single dad starting over in Dream Harbor where he takes over the town's pancake house. When free-spirited Iris becomes his live in nanny, living just across the hall makes keeping things professional a little harder than either of them expected.
A cosy slow burn with plenty of romantic tension, expect forced proximity, single dad romance and a few open door steamy scenes once things heat up.

This series is cute, warm and fuzzy. Perfect to chew thru and make you feel good.
This book had everything..forced to be close, work romance, secret child and a steamy slow burn romance. What more could you want? Olive was super cute and the name you will find out why..
Love this series. So easy to read with a really nice feel to them. Make sure you read them all.
Thank you Harper Collins for this read!
Ahhh this is possibly my favourite in the series so far. Another book in one of the cosiest series that I've ever read and it is another winner! You do not have to read the others to dive into this one - so don't let that hold you back 😉
This was one of the sweetest and most believable contemporary romance novels I've ever read. It showed us how people have to grow and change as they get older, to deal with unexpected circumstances and challenges that life throws their way. The character development was my favourite part and the happy-ever-after ending felt well-deserved.
It just keeps getting better! Obsessed 😍
The perfect book, that’s all I have to say 🥰😭❤️❤️ I highly recommend everyone to read this masterpiece, Laurie Gilmore is a genius ❤️❤️❤️
My favourite one from this series so far! Absolutely loved it. Their love was so sweet and well described, I loved reading this book. And I loved Olive too, she was adorable. Please keep these books coming, I can’t get enough of them 😊🌷
I really enjoyed this story. It is a smooth follow up from Laurie Gilmore other stories. You can read them separately but it is nice to have the other characters life integrated. Wouldn't it be amazing to live in Dream Harbor?
This is the cutest book ever! I love that its so sweet and cozy its honestly my hallmark series!

Plenty of romance throws two people together by chapter three and calls it tension. This one makes you wait. Archer and Iris share a hallway, a kitchen and a five-year-old, and every near miss is built on something that already happened.
That is what people mean when they say Dream Harbor is comfort reading. Nothing here is designed to hurt you. The town is kind, the stakes stay small, and you already know it ends well.
🍓 One chapter before bed. You will not be stopping at one.

A chef who left the city. A woman who has never stayed anywhere long. A daughter who decides for both of them. A pancake house on a harbour. A town that turns up whenever somebody needs feeding.
You read the last page and want to go back. That is what people mean about Dream Harbor, and it is why most readers finish one and order the next before the week is out.
📚 Book four of six. Reads perfectly well on its own, if this is where you start.
Dream Harbor built its following on BookTok rather than in bookshops, one reader passing it to the next. This is book four, and the one most people say they finished fastest.

James W.No. Every Dream Harbor book is written to stand alone, and this one follows two characters who are new to the town themselves. Familiar faces from earlier books turn up in passing, but nothing depends on knowing them. Plenty of readers start here and work backwards afterwards.
Open door, but you wait for it. The steamy scenes do not begin until past the halfway mark and there are not many of them. If you want heat from chapter three, this is not that book. If you want the build to be the point, it is exactly that.
Grief runs underneath the story. Archer is raising a daughter in circumstances he did not choose, and that loss shapes both of them without taking the book over. The tone stays warm throughout and the ending is never in doubt, but it is worth knowing if you screen for that.
The standard HarperCollins paperback, 384 pages, exactly as pictured. The deluxe and TikTok exclusive editions have different covers and finishes and are sold separately, so if you have seen those elsewhere, this is not that version.
384 pages, and most people finish it in two or three sittings. The chapters are short and it alternates between Archer's point of view and Iris's, which keeps the pages turning even through the slower middle stretch.
